Booking Terms

• A deposit of   50% secures your booking.
• The balance of the 50% is due on the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• 50% Cancellation Fees will be charged if bookings are cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
• 100% cancellation fees will be charged if bookings are cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Check - In & Out Times

• Check – in any time after 14h00.
• Check – out time before 10h00.

Policy

• A disclaimer must be signed by persons renting, indemnifying the owners from any damages claims should injury occur on the property.
• The Clients Credit Card Details must be provided on confirmation of booking, authorising payment should any damages or breakages occur to the property caused by the client.
• All premises are a NON – SMOKING areas, SMOKING is not permitted inside.
