What details do you require for a booking?
Our online booking form has all the requirements however should you wish to make a telephonic booking, we require the following information:

- Contact Name
- Contact Number
- Place of collection: e.g. Airport, Home address etc
- Delivery Address
- Time Of collection
- Flight Number
- No. of passengers

How will I find your driver?
We offer a meet and greet service. Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals gate with a board with your name on it. You will also be provided with our call centre number, as well as a mobile number for one of our senior employees, on confirmation of your booking. This is in the event that your flight is delayed or arrives much earlier that expected.

How many passengers can your vehicle accommodate?
3 passengers including children.
NB. To ensure the safety of all passengers, children are not allowed to sit on a passengers lap. A child irrespective of age will occupy one seat and all passengers will be required to buckle up.

How much of luggage can you carry?
Our vehicles vary in their luggage capacity, as a guideline please 3 Suitcases + hand luggage.

What is the cost of a trailer?
Trailers are available on request at a charge of R500.

Do you Have Baby Seats?
Baby Seats are available on request at no charge.
|

Do your vehicles have safety belts?
All seats in our vehicles have safety belts and it is imperative that you use them.

What insurance do you carry?
All our vehicles are comprehensively insured and carry passenger liability insurance of R5 million in our sedans and R7 million in our microbuses. Luggage is not insured.

What are your hours of operation?
We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our normal hours of operation are 07h00 to 18h00, any transfers outside of these hours will incur a surcharge.

What facilities do you have in your vehicle?
All our vehicles are equipped with the following:

Will your driver wait if my flight is delayed?
We monitor incoming flights daily and our drivers are instructed to wait for a maximum of 1 hour. If your flight is delayed to a later time, our driver will ensure that you are met. If you are aware of a delay in your flight prior to boarding, please contact our offices to inform us.

How do we make payment?
Payment is strictly cash and can be made directly to our driver or into our bank account prior to the transfer. We can arrange for credit card transactions on prior arrangement.

Is it necessary to tip the driver?
Tipping is not compulsory; it is a sign of good service. Please tip our drivers at your discretion.

Can we conduct any sightseeing when we are collected?
All our transfers are scheduled as per your request. Please understand that there are other clients waiting to be collected by our drivers and punctuality is a guaranteed service we offer to all our clients. Should you wish to engage in sightseeing, we can arrange this at an extra cost; however our offices must be informed when you book your transfer so that our driver’s time can be scheduled accordingly.

What if I'm travelling with a wheelchair?
If you are travelling with a wheelchair, collapsible or non-collapsible, please advise our offices when you book your transfer to ensure that we can provide the appropriate vehicle.

Do we have to walk far to our transfer vehicle?
No. We have been allocated parking adjacent to the airport arrivals terminal.

Are you a Taxi Service?
We are an executive Door to Door transfer service and not a metered taxi. We offer you punctual and professional drivers who will meet and greet you at your arrival and transport you to your destination in one of our well maintained and immaculate vehicles.

What Road Side assistance do you have?
We are affiliated to a 24 hour crisis centre. The centre is on standby to assist any of our vehicles in the event of: Vehicle Accidents, Medical Emergencies, or ANY crisis situation. The benefits of our association with the crisis centre for you are as follows:
Insured Events Maximum Limit Medical Expenses
(Evacuation and medical expenses incurred in the movement of our guests to an appropriate medical facility following illness or accident) R75 000 Alternative Accommodation Catering/Travel Costs.
(For costs incurred by guests following a medical event) R75 000.
